Who are the plans for?

Small businesses, including agencies, professional practices and operations teams using scripts or small automations. Technical fit is reviewed before agreement.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. The 2 or 5 included hours apply to the paid monthly period and do not roll over. Work beyond the allowance needs a separate agreement.

What response times are included?

Response and delivery times are agreed before the first payment. There is no on-call service or 24/7 support.

How can I cancel?

Request cancellation before renewal. It takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, under the accepted quote and terms.

Are third-party tools included?

No. Third-party subscriptions, licences and hosting fees are excluded. No third-party purchase is made without agreement.
