Your enquiry

KERUB uses your email, optional name and company, brief, budget and language to review your request and reply. Enquiring does not create an account, subscription or permission for unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored privately through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare and accessed by the operator in the management workspace. There is no public enquiry directory. Do not submit secrets, customer files or sensitive information.

Payment

When payment is available, the company name, email and plan are sent to Stripe to prepare the requested subscription. Card details are entered on Stripe, not this site. A request identifier and attempt fingerprint are kept in browser session storage so an interrupted request can be retried without creating a new one. They are not used for advertising.

Measurement

Aggregate counters record page views, brief openings and useful clicks by day, page and broad source. They contain no email, IP address or visitor identifier. Our code adds no Google pixel or advertising cookie. The host may process technical data needed for delivery and security.

Retention and contact

Enquiries older than 90 days and counters older than 180 days are purged during new writes, not by a scheduled deletion without activity. Subscription and billing records follow separate obligations and terms. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the form with your email and enquiry reference. Identity verification may be necessary.
