Business service terms

Business services

Plans and services are for companies acting for business purposes. An enquiry is not an order or payment authorisation. The quote identifies the parties, scope, inputs, final price and timing before commitment.

Monthly plans

Essentiel starts at €290 per month excluding VAT for 2 intervention hours. Croissance starts at €590 excluding VAT for 5 hours. One request is handled at a time. Unused hours do not roll over. Maintenance covers agreed scripts and automations; Croissance may include small agreed improvements within the allowance.

Scope and availability

Response and delivery times are agreed before the first payment. No 24/7, on-call, unlimited or out-of-allowance service is included. Third-party tools, subscriptions, licences and hosting are excluded. Additional or out-of-scope work requires a separate agreement.

Payment and renewal

The monthly plan renews under the terms accepted in the quote and checkout. The final amount, applicable VAT and billing frequency are presented before confirmation. A return page does not prove payment: the payment provider’s confirmed record is required.

Cancellation

Cancellation requested before renewal takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Work may continue within the remaining allowance until then. Contact details and renewal dates are stated in the accepted documents.

One-off work

Starting budgets are not binding quotes for unreviewed work. Deliverables, revisions, access, usage rights and timing are agreed in the accepted quote.
